DELIVERY TIME
Order deadline: 5:00 PM (GMT+02:00), SAST)
Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery time: 4 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday)

CANCELLATION
Once your order is placed, it is automatically processed by our system.
Therefore, it is unfortunately impossible to cancel an order after it has been confirmed.
PAYMENT FOR DELIVERY
We offer payment for delivery on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
All our products are delivered directly to your home with R120 cost.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

Due to high order volumes, occasional delays may occur.
We appreciate your patience and are doing everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Personalized products may require additional processing time.
